You will need:

pink ribbon

sea salt

spring water

small piece of rose quartz
Step one: Cleansing
Before you begin, remove all of your clothing slowly and with purpose, visualising that you're stripping away all the stress of the working day. Have a bath with sea salt and take some time to unwind. Rinse and Robe. Light the candles and stand in front of a full-length mirror.
Wrap the ribbon around your index finger. This will welcome self-love into your life. Hold this finger lightly to your third eye, in middle of your forehead for several minutes to open this chakra. Visualise yourself at your happiest. Say the following charm out loud as you stand focused and calm, then weave or tie the ribbon into to your hair.

Picture your worries evaporating. Remove the ribbon at this point or leave over night.
Imagine yourself surrounded by positivity as you get dressed. Think about your good points.
Step two: Empowering
Repeat: 'I am beautiful and worthy of love' at least three times.
At the end of the ritual, sip spring water infused with the energy of rose quartz. Keep the ribbon as a talisman in your pocket or handbag. Repeat the charm as a daily affirmation. You can recharge your ribbon and crystal by leaving out on windowsill during a full moon.
